“I recently had my roof replaced by this amazing team, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work! These guys worked with incredible speed and efficiency—I’ve never seen anything like it. I live at 22 Ashley Circle, Manorville and they came and started at 8:30 AM and were completely done by 5 PM. It was incredible to watch them literally running at times to get the job done!

Not only did they finish quickly, but the quality of their work was top-notch. They took all the right precautions, covering the grass, bushes, and walls around my house to protect everything. If you’re like me, you read the reviews and you wonder. You say to yourself who do I believe? Can I really believe this person writing the review?
First, this review is from someone who does not hand out compliments very easily.
I was so impressed with Rony from NY’s Finest Roofing and Siding that I felt compelled to write this review.
When you meet Rony, you’ll find him to be honest, patient and knowledgeable. Rony, Dennis and the rest of the crew were all very polite and extremely professional. Always returned phone calls. Was present on job site and Listen to what we wanted to accomplish.
After the initial walk around he Emailed a proposal to make sure we were all on the same page.
As you know, poor communication can lead to a major misunderstanding. Not with Rony! It’s all there in the proposal…in black and white.
What more can you ask for? My wife and I never felt bullied or talked down to like we experienced with other companies. One of my neighbors came over while the guys were working and Rony took the time to go over and walk around his house. I already knew this guy wasn’t gonna buy anything, but Rony treated him the same way he treats everybody…with respect.
Call him and see for yourself, I know you will not be disappointed.“

“Had Carlos and his team over to do a smaller project - remove wall air conditions and redo interior and exterior walls. Even though it was smaller - they treated their work as if it was any other job. Carlos was responsive and beyond courteous. Without asking, him and his crew removed their shoes when entering my home (every time). They cleaned up every little item and took all the garbage. The work they did was great and they even found a solution to an item that I thought may have been problematic. Great experience and highly recommend.“

“I had a great experience with using Preferred Exterior for my replacement windows. They were very professional and had a rep come do an estimate as well as the installer to have an accurate measurement. I had my double hung windows replaced as well as the bay window. Everything was done for the most part from the outside and they didn’t have to replace any of the interior molding.

The house felt warmer in the winter and now it is a relief to be able to open the windows with ease now the weather to getting nicer.

Even when I questions a part of the installation they assured me that it would be only done one way, the right way.

“During this weeks thunderstorm, I went into my basement and heard water dripping onto the floor. I immediately thought it was a leaking pipe and started to search. Turns out the water was dripping off the vent stack that runs up the wall, through my attic, and out of the roof. I remembered seeing a local Facebook group had a post asking for roofers so I went back to find it. Tons of comments recommended G and V roofing so I gave them a call. The next morning they were at my house to take a look and found the seal around the vent stack was cracked leaving a wide open space for water to get in. They let me know the correct way to fix the problem and got started right away. The job was completed neatly and quick and definitely saved me from a huge headache.“
