James and the whole team were great to work with. Communication was stellar, which can be hard to come by. The quote for the work was on the medium-high end, but in the end it was justified by the quality of work and level of communication. I did not have to babysit these guys. They were able to adapt to changes as needed without issue on short notice. Everyone was more than willing to discuss any questions I had and James was always available via text when I needed him.

We recently worked with Unique Builders on a full first floor renovation, and we couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, James and his team were professional, kind, and so easy to work with. We have an infant and a toddler, and they were incredibly thoughtful about keeping the space safe and clean. They took every precaution to minimize dust and made sure our home stayed as comfortable as possible throughout the project.

The care and commitment to a great outcome start from the planning stage where every detail is considered and discussed. We did a garage addition with a bathroom and closet space as well as a egress basement stair. The project was big and James and his team made it manageable from day 1 to completion.
