Just had my first grooming appointment at Kori's Grooming Pawlor for my goldendoodle puppy, what a great experience! If I could give 10 stars I would... Kori and Tom were a pleasure to deal, great communication and took great care of my boy. Kori gave me a great overview of what she was going to do with his first puppy grooming and then what to expect for next grooming as he gets older. She provided some tips and advice and what and what not to do. Kori and Tom have great energy and with one visit they have earned a client for life! My puppy actually didn't want to leave!

Took my dog there today for the 1st time just to get her nails cut and my girl Jade did great!! Great experience. Kori the owner is very sweet and accommodating. I will definately be going back.

They did such a wonderful job grooming our dog Larry. Shop is very clean! Prices are great. Larry is usually a bit anxious going to new places but they took such great care of him he was right at home. He was so proud of how handsome he looks he has been prancing around since we picked him up. Highly recommend them!

Kori was GREAT! I unfortunately did not have an appointment and came in last minute with an “emergency” (my dog Luna threw up in her bed and got her paws all in it) and Kori was more than accommodating. She washed and dried my smelly dog with compassion and care. She also made sure my dog was comfortable due to a recent CCL surgery. Highly recommended and I will definitely be bringing Luna back on the regular. Thanks again Kori!

We just had our first grooming experience with Kori. I cannot begin to express what an amazing experience this was as a dog owner. I have been searching for quite some time to find an atmosphere fitting to my German Shephards needs. After today the search is finally over. I.could not have asked for anything better. Professional and very caring! If there was a 6 star rating I would give that :)

Went to Kori’s grooming yesterday by appointment. The two employees were warm and welcoming to start. This was my first time bringing my dog here but have had zero issues with any groomers in the past. I had let both groomers know that my dog has anxiety issues and is a bit skiddish at times. This information was acknowledged and I left my pup in the hands of what I thought were professionals.
After about an hour I receive a phone call from Kori in complete distress telling me my dog bit two people. My dog has never bitten anyone before, she is a 30 pound mini Aussie. I have reason to believe they do not know how to handle/deal with dogs that are a bit anxious at the groomer. When I arrived, they had acted like they witnessed a double homicide. My 30 pound dog gave a paper cut sized wound to a man with tattoos and Kori said she nipped at her face but there wasn’t even a scratch on her. They left my dog half trimmed and a noose around her neck, too scared to even approach my dog. How are you even in this profession if you can’t handle these types of situations? Not all dogs are perfectly comfortable at the groomers, you can learn to adapt to dogs that become nervous or worried.
They wouldn’t even go near my dog to take the noose off of her neck. They acted like she was a rabid animal when in reality the male employee likely approached her too quick in the cage and she nipped at his finger. Kori pointed to another dog in the cage that frequented their establishment and told me that was how my dog should act. I paid her $30 because I’m a decent person and felt bad at the time. She told me thanks for coming and that she’d never see me again.
Completely unprofessional experience from people that are around dogs on a daily basis. I’m glad this happened because It opened my eyes about this business. Happy to be taking my pup somewhere else that knows how to approach dogs with different temperaments and anxiety issues while being groomed.

Kori is legitimately the BEST!!! She is talented, patient, sweet, and amazing!! She has dome way more for Kane (my highly anxious resxue) and I. Kori worked effortlessly to help.Kane acclimate, as well as me. It has been 2 years of amazing Grooms and Love!! I highly reccomend Kori, I promise you will not be disappointed, and your dog, will ne in love!!! ❤️

Bumi just came back from his first visit with Kori, she is amazing. Bumi is a rescue and I wasn’t sure how he would interact with being groomed. Kori was loving, kind, caring and compassionate and Bumi loved it! Thank you so much and he smells so good
