“I am so thankful for the professional, courteous, and quick service provided by WISE integrated Technologies. As COVID-19 put everyone at a standstill, I needed my desktop fixed so my kids would be able to do remote learning. My first failed attempt was to buy a new computer, but because of the mad dash by parents and people working remotely, all of the reasonably priced computers were sold out. I did some research and came across WISE IT. I was given a price quote over the phone and handed my desktop over that day. I was contacted in the afternoon and informed of what the issue was. I had my fixed computer back in 48 hours. I also set myself up with their 24-hour monitoring service, which is reasonably priced. I highly recommend WISE Integrated Technologies.“

“This guy is a life saver! I recently just experienced my external hard drive getting fully corrupted and had to take it to a big box store near me. I was told my issue would take upwards of 4 weeks to fix and an unbelievable amount of money. I thought that was nonsense and took my hard drive here to see if it would be any better. In a matter of hours I was receiving updates on my hard drive taking me step by step how they will try and recover my files. A few days later and I now have all my files back. Every hard drive issue will be very different but the customer service was top tier and made me feel like my issue was very important to them. 10/10, I highly recommend taking any tech issues here, great service, little to no wait time.“
