Mike and Jill are two very professional and highly qualified individuals. Mike was able to get my laptop back to working condition while at the same time restoring all my files. I recommend to anyone that has a computer problem that you go to Mike before you go to any other IT service. Mike was able to solve my computer problem when neither Microsoft nor HP could.

I had an issue where my Word documents wound up corrupted, and unfortunately it spread to my entire PC with some bizarre lockout! Frantically, not knowing what to do or where to go, I called up Mike on a whim. Instantly, he was very attentive to my issues, maintaining a calm, confident, and collected demeanor in expressing his ability to correct the issues. This shop is the best. The owner fixed my old Mac tower and spent a considerable amount of time on it. He's the only one doing repairs here, but he does an amazing job. Best of all, the repairs were inexpensive. I don't know how someone can make money this way. But, that's great news for customers because he's clearly doing his job as a labor of love. And isn't that what we all want when someone agrees to work with us?
