I had the absolute best first visit here with Alicia. I booked an appointment for eyebrows, lip & chin. She asked me a few questions about my eyebrows and if I had been waxed before. We talked about my eyebrows shape, etc. I didn't have much hair on my lip so she took care of me. You can tell she is honest and very trustworthy. I am always so nervous to try someplace new, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness and smiles. I felt so comfortable. Alicia and her team have definitely gained a new client! I can't wait for my next appointment!

I have been coming here for the past four years and cannot say enough about this studio. Alycia and her staff are top notch. Waxing and facials are always the best. Make an appointment you won’t be disappointed. Try and arrive a little early and just sit and breath!

Heart and Soul is such a warm and welcoming place. The studio is beautifully decorated, and everyone there is so friendly and warm. I’ve been coming here for a long time, and every visit is consistently wonderful. I get so many compliments on my eyebrows – thank you so much, Kathy!
