Careful when you ask them to put your membership on a pause, because they still charge you. Unprofessional way of doing things at this gym. Lack of communication , lack of empathy. Called them and the guy on the phone kept breathing heavily into the receiver every time I tried to explain why I was being charged when my membership was on a hold.

Awful place. Owner and staff are horrible people. Bathrooms are filthy and smell is horrendous. Not sure why they don't have cleaners in there

My wife and I have been a member of this gym location well before it became fit life it's sad to say we recently ended our membership after 8 years the new owner has done a wonderful job with the place but everything we went to get a work out in the place is extremely crowded they offer discounts for school kids who cluster around equipment to be fair I've seen the workers try to stop this but still an issue and everyone is onto of each other we recently joined another local gym and have had no issue getting a work in all week regardless of time and supre clean

This gym is top tier, always clean, always bringing in new equipment. Staff are super attentive and friendly especially Justin and Kevin! Would highly recommend to anyone I know!

I’ve been to multiple different gyms and I can confidently say that this is the cleanest and most organized gym on Long Island. Great staff as well. Keep it up!

I went for a 3 day trial. The girl at the front was friendly enough if not particularly thorough in selling me on the place. I was there at lunch time and it was very crowded. I can’t say the other gym members were particularly friendly but that’s not the gyms fault. Nice equipment and I enjoyed my workout despite having to wait for a treadmill. Locker room was very small with a small sauna. The sauna has a camera inside it which weirded me out. Overall gym was fine but ultimately I decided to look elsewhere.
