We just had my mother’s services at Chapey & Sons in East Islip and I cannot begin to express my families gratitude for the support and care they gave us at this difficult time. From sitting with Karen through the arrangement process, Donna who stayed late until we cleared the room of my mother’s flowers and pictures. They welcomed every visitor with a smile. They checked in with us at every step to see if we needed anything. We cannot express our appreciation enough to the team at Chapey and Sons. Miranda, Karen, and Leighann are fantastic. We had so many complexities to overcome from getting our family member from out of state.
Our loved one was so well cared for during the entire process and he looked fantastic for the service!! He seemed so at peace with a slight smile.
Miranda recited a moving poem at the graveside which was perfect.

My experience with Chapey and Sons Funeral Home was a positive one. At such a sad time I received compassion from a genuinely empathic staff in making arrangements for my father. The Director, helped me with all the details. My father's service was done with dignity.
I especially appreciated the support and kindness they provided to my niece. They provided me with a thoughtful basket of cookies , support information and an invitation to a bereavement brunch. Most recently i received a Christmas ornament with my dad's name. My dad loved Christmas so this ornament is greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend this Funeral Home for the excellent service they provided.
