“We were dealing with recurring water issues in our building and decided to call this waterproofing company in NYC. From the inspection to the final repair, everything was handled professionally. They identified the source of the problem quickly and explained the solution in a way that made sense. Since the work was completed, we've had no issues even after heavy rain. Very satisfied with the results.”
“I met with AK after meeting with and receiving quotes from three other roofing companies. His quote was the lowest while using the same top GAF roofing materials including the 50 years warranty of which 25 years with labor.
He was honest, professional and upfront with everything which are somethings that appreciated.
His crew completed my roof in one day and left my yard cleaner than when they found it. The crew was professional and very polite.
I was so impressed with AKs work that I am now having him redo my kitchen.”
“They updated various small projects in my apartment and garage. The team is easy to work with, punctual and clean up after each job. I will use them again.”
