The hygienist staff and dentist are wonderful and so kind and patient with the kids. Our last visit we showed up early for my kids appointments and waited 20 minutes past our appointment time with others arriving well after us being seen first. Kids were running and screaming like feral hyenas and throwing toys across the waiting room, nobody could hear who was being called and nothing was ever said about it.
Our hygienist was so great with the kids! My 2 year old usually will not sit still, let alone for someone to put motorized tools near his face, but she was able to keep him interested and happy! It was amazing. Great experience for both of my kids.
East Aurora office. My 2 children have been going there since they were toddlers. They are 11 and 12 now. Friendly staff, dentist was thorough and welcoming, most of the hygienists take their time and help the kids to be comfortable.
