Formula 3 is fabulous. Tyler and his staff are knowledgeable, outgoing and helpful. I recently had knee surgery and the trainers at Formula 3 kept me working out safely throughout the process. I highly recommend Formula 3.

Love the workouts here. I have been attending for the last several months and have noticed differences in my strength & energy throughout the day. The trainers are friendly and motivating. It’s a great team at Formula 3!

So glad I came back to Formula 3 after a loooong break (3 years). I was welcomed back by the fabulous and friendly manager Tyler and all of the coaches have been wonderful. Always clean, in out done in 45 minutes, guided HIIT classes you can work at your pace, easy app scheduling - all good things continue to happen here.
