I just came back after shoulder surgery and was so happy that I did. Shout out to Elle who always makes you feel positive and gives you modifications if needed. It is one of my favorite activities to do and recommend it highly.

Just completed a second class of Elle’s and it was amazing!! From never taking a fitness class before, Elle was so welcoming. I couldn’t wait to come back. Was such an amazing workout and already can’t wait to schedule more classes!

I've taken two classes with Elle and she was AMAZING. As someone who strictly lifts at the gym this was an amazing change up! Immediately hooked. Amy at the desk was also a complete sweetheart. They were so helpful and welcoming. I cannot wait to take more classes!! 🩵
