I contacted New York Roofers regarding a leak in my roof, and they responded promptly by arriving quickly and applying a temporary patch to prevent further damage. When it came time for the full roof replacement, their team arrived at 7:00 AM and efficiently completed the entire process including removal, repairs, and installation of new shingles by 5:30 PM. Throughout the process, every team member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and highly responsive. My overall experience with New York Roofers was outstanding, and I would highly recommend their services.

Sergio and his entire staff are extremely professional, kept us informed every step of the way, worked throughout the day to get our roof installed before the rain came, and the property was cleaned up when the work was done. My experience with New York Roofers was excellent….Sergio came out soon after I requested and checked the old roof outside , and from the attic. We set up March for the install of a metal roof…Late summer I had a leak around the bathroom exhaust pipe, which they took care of promptly and with very professional workmanship on my old shingle roof…The installation in March took just one day, and since I was away, they sent drone photos of the completed roof. ….and they left the propery cleaned up and in great shape…We were very pleased with the workmanship, the professional way our questions were answered, and the results…communication with the office was also... read full review
