When it came time for the full roof replacement, their team arrived at 7:00 AM and efficiently completed the entire process including removal, repairs, and installation of new shingles by 5:30 PM.

Norm is old school. Very old school, down to the pinup of Miss March 2017 on the back wall. He's fiercely loyal to his long-time customers, and does a reasonable job. (I mean, I get a number two buzz cut [1/4\\\"] so it's not like it's a particularly demanding haircut.)

Debbie certainly could have gone to NYC and no doubt would have had much success.
