Dan, the tech who came to my residence, was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and efficient. He completely answered all of my questions in terms that I could understand and patiently explained step-by-step what needed to be done and what was being done. The price was very reasonable. I could not ask for a better experience.“
“I created a black screen problem while upgrading my computer, so I called Perry, based on a friend’s recommendation. And his office is conveniently next to the Larchmont train station. I dropped off my laptop and Perry quickly solved the problem, at a very reasonable cost. He also gave me his recommendations for SSD models to upgrade to 1 TB, which he said I could easily do myself.
