The team collected it from my home and explained how the cleaning is done in a controlled environment using proper equipment. When it came back, it felt fresh and breathable again, not heavy or stiff. The woven details were still sharp, and the rug laid flat immediately after placement. It honestly felt like getting a familiar piece back in much better condition. Very solid experience overall.”
