We had seven area rugs cleaned. All were wool or wool/silk blends that require special handling. The crew removing and returning rugs was polite and efficient. Service was quick, just over a week. They texted pictures of the rugs post cleaning giving me the option of further stain removal and repairs.
The rugs look great! Very happy with the service.
Great company , we have family heirloom Persian rugs that we haven’t cleaned in a while. He recognised the quality of the rug and assured me he would take care of it , recommended proper treatment for the type of rug and kept me up to speed
We have a dog so the typical old stains were taken care of
Fast results
Very clean rugs , smell great
Delivery and pick up service is clutch
And the team is professional
I also like how easy it was to communicate , never felt left in the dark
They also cleaned my runners up two flights of stairs in house!
Thanks guys for the great results
I had a great experience with the team today. They were prompt, well informed, and gave me a competitive quote to steam clean a carpet and a large upholstered sectional sofa. It came out beautifully. Id recommend them.
