I had 3 different types of rugs cleaned. The non-natural fibre rug came up best. Wool rugs were as clean as they could be considering their age. i delivered them myself. Staff were helpful and a quote and assessment was given prior to cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Our afghani carpets were getting dirtier as Romeo was always inside, and he would bring his muddy paws, which would leave stains, and the rug got smelly. Westchester Oriental Rug Cleaners are quick and efficient enough to make things easier and look better. Not only stains vanished say, but the smell was also gone. Good job guys
These folks never miss a spot when they clean my Indian rugs. And even if they did, I’m sure they would come back and fix things the same day. They care about their workmanship and I know this is why it's always impeccable.
