Cheryl new exactly what Tillie needed and was able to clearly communicate instructions to us. The Board and Train program was the icing on the cake! In the daily videos that Cheryl would share we could see Tillie's confidence grow by leaps and bounds. She now is a very well behaved dog and a joy to be around and take out in public.
