They were also kind enough to board our dog at the last minute when we had a death in the family. “We had 2 German Shepards and we had to we had to say goodbye to our Sledge about 2 years ago. It’s easy to overlook that our pets have a grief process of their own, so I decided to look into daycare and socialization for Sumatra.
We were turned away from other services due to Sumatra’s unique personality. I’m beyond grateful for the approach and knowledge leading to our success with daycare. The staff is phenomenal, they guided me through the process and shared their insights to animal behaviors, leaving me speechless.
During our “trial day,” I was briefed that Sumatra has a “nervous curiosity,” she just needed that personal support and space with introductions. There is an amazing awareness by the staff where each dog has a unique personality and are accepted for what makes them so special to us.
It’s an honor to be able to bring Sumatra to daycare here. She has developed a deeper sense of self and a happier life all together. Sumatra wakes me up on daycare days by pulling my blankets off and jumping in the kids bed. It makes me happy to see her that excited for her day.
