“I’ve been taking my dogs here for almost 10 years and have recommended them to family and friends. Whether it’s a well visit or a surgery, the staff takes such great care of their patients.“
“I love this vet office and all the techs and doctors. I DO NOT love how the hours work, as a first come first serve type. I understand wait times can vary with a large window of 10min-3hrs. I wish special days could be used for call ahead appointments. It is not necessary to have to sit and wait so long at times in a car or office with my animal keeping them cooped up wasting almost at times a half day of my animal and my time. The next part is then waiting again in a room with your pet once you are called in isn’t another 20-30min before being seen. I have had good visits with timelines but the amount of bad outweighs them…very unfortunate. I wish a change could be in play or I may have to change my vet office.Edit - After discussion with the doctor I understand both sides of the fence and how new patient policy works and first come first serve. As mentioned before too, I have had many good visits with timeliness just have to find a sweet spot. Again I am always pleased with the techs and doctors here I do not want to change as rapport is already present. I did not mean for any hard feelings just my side of the fence and the vets side of the fence needed and were addressed.“
“Dr. and the staff are very good. Hard working and caring. For some reason, like a lot of vets, they have been busier than usual. We have a rescue that has had "issues" since we got him. They do everything they possibly can and spend as much time as we need“

“This vet is so personable and down to earth, takes time to explain everything thoroughly. She always takes good care of my cat, is understanding of any concerns and addresses them clearly.“
