I love this vet office and all the techs and doctors. I DO NOT love how the hours work, as a first come first serve type. I understand wait times can vary with a large window of 10min-3hrs. I wish special days could be used for call ahead appointments. It is not necessary to have to sit and wait so long at times in a car or office with my animal keeping them cooped up wasting almost at times a half day of my animal and my time. The next part is then waiting again in a room with your pet once you are called in isn’t another 20-30min before being seen. I thought the wait was just too long for a euthanism of my pet was taken. I already didn't want to be there in the first place. So to linger around for 45 there before we are seen!!

Both of my dogs are patients here and I've never had a bad experience. I love that there are walk in hours rather than having to make appointments. Doctors are friendly and thorough and staff is kind and obviously love animals. When my senior dog, Mugsy, was diagnosed with kidney failure, all the treatment options were presented, from least expensive to most expensive. Doctor was kind and compassionate and assured that whatever I chose was the best choice for us. I eventually opted for a more natural and holistic means of treatment outside of the practice (to which, a year after diagnosis, my Mugsy is still alive and keeping up with the shenanigans of my 1 year old puppy!)...read full review
