They take the time to help with selecting the right contact lenses and frames, and their expertise results in excellent outcomes. Patients appreciate their kindness and care, making them highly recommendable and a superior choice to chain stores.
I was very impressed with Keith and WNY Family Eyecare. Although I found his costs to be very competitive, I was most impressed with his professionalism, efficiency, and care. I have lived all over the country and been to many different eyecare centers. This was by far the easiest, friendliest, and most professional experience I have ever had. Even during this Covid19 lock-down, his service was excellent and hassle free. I highly recommend WNY Family Eyecare.
Very Professional , when the Dr, examined my eyes, she was very thorough, patient and informative throughout the process - The office was inviting, Keith was attentive to each person as they walked through the door... The whole experience was extremely positive
Our optomistrist no longer accepted our insurance, so we were on the hunt for a new optometrist. We stumbled upon WNY Family Eyecare by chance. We are SO HAPPY that we did. Keith was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel was very thorough and told us things about our eye care that we had no idea about. After our very first visit, we transferred our children as well.
