All the employees at MyEyeDr. are extremely kind and work very hard to make sure that you are taken care of. In particular, John from the optical department does a wonderful job at making sure glasses and contacts are done correctly and are the highest quality. In my experience. He has worked very hard with me since. I do have a special type of lens and has done an exceptional job at working with the lab to make sure that what I receive is a quality product that works for my eyes.
I was traveling and lost a contact lens and Joe was able to give me a replacement. Saved my trip! He was super nice and accommodating! Also, the office is super clean and the folks who work there are very kind.
