Been coming here for years and usually have pretty good experience. But I was not impressed the last time we were there. Took my 13 yr old son for contact lenses, it was good until the girl that came in to show my son how to put on the contact lenses. Seems very impatient, the instruction was brief and hasty, she expected the 13 yr old who had no prior experience to just get it, totally stressing the kid out. She told us to go home and practice after barely 5 mins. I took my older son here for contact lenses as well and the other girl that helped him was super nice, patient and encouraging. Always professional. Mike is my go to to help with my glasses. He was so kind when I fell and broke my frames. He made suggestions and had them changed out the next day. He is a valued employee and person

Everyone was super nice. The Drs, the receptionist’s. I sat for maybe 5 minutes before they took me back. I’ve been going to this location for the past 8+ years and they are always super kind and friendly!
