LNI walked into our nightmare (a former contractor left us with a MESS) and made our DREAM home a reality. After going through the bidding process and interviewing several builders, LNI was the obvious choice. They weren’t the most or the least expensive, they were fair with innovative ideas. They stayed on budget through the project and got creative to stay within that budget when the unexpected occurred.

Partners, Greg & Pat, and their entire crew were easy to work with, honest, creative and reliable. They handled everything, worked well with the town and our architect.
