Hillside Cemetery

This experience was unforgivable.When we first arrived at the part of the cemetery where the gravesite was located, the area looked like an unkempt soccer field with a few head stones and a grave in the middle of it. It was an uncultivated, afterthought of an area. Nothing peaceful or beautiful about it.The burial was supposed to be begin at 2:30pm. However, the hearse did not arrive until about 2:45pm. The cemetery employees were so determined to get off shift at 3pm that when the car arrived they rushed to get the casket out of the car and onto the lift of the grave. Cemetery staff is friendly and helpful. Many historic burials can be found here.

Its a beautiful cemetery where most of my family resides, but they have to do a better job at keeping it clean and pulling or cuttin weeds from around head stones
