I got a piercing here years ago and it was great. Absolutely perfect. BUT... I went in to get a nose piercing expecting the same experience. I have never been more wrong in my entire life. Immediately when you walk in the smell of cat urine hits you. I'm all for having animals at work but I feel like this isn't the appropriate kind of place for pets. Everything in the front is very dirty. The glass counter was so dirty that we couldn't clearly see the jewelry inside. The selection of jewelry is sad. Had both my tattoos done by Mike: my one on my shoulder was my very first tattoo. Was talking me through it and was very nice. Did my second one and would constantly ask if I needed a break when he notice me twitching. Explained after care for tattoo well. Was very sanitary and sanitized everything after I sat down so I could watch him do it
I had very good experience I had ash and she was great. She listened to every little detail i wanted and she even cared about my opinion at the end. She was very sanitary and polite and open to anything you need.
