It's the only place I have allowed my children to go to since they became of age. Owner is professional and also makes you laugh and feel calm. Tattoo artists are amazing and both do great tattoos no matter what they are, but both also have their specialties that are awesome. Only tattoo shop that I recommend in Cortland!“
