“I just wanted to say how amazing the girls at the front desk, the staff, and Dr. Khan were. This was my first time coming here and everyone was genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in.
I originally went to the East Setauket animal hospital for my cat’s extractions but wanted a second opinion, so I tried this place since it’s close to my house and I’m honestly so glad I did. Dr. Khan really goes above and beyond for your pet. I actually felt comfortable leaving my cat with her. Before the surgery she took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease.
After the procedure they went over how recovery would go, gave me the cutest bag with my cat’s name on it, and called the next day to check on him. That alone showed me how much they genuinely care.

“We thought our Labrador Retriever swallowed an engagement ring. She has a habit of eating things she shouldn’t and East End is always there for us. They were calm and professional (and calmed us down, too.) We found the ring later after the vet assured us it wasn’t inside our dog. The cat had swatted it off the sink counter and it was hidden inside a bag! We appreciate everyone at East End.“

“I called as a new patient appointment and needed to be seen the same day. My puppy was in the ER Vet over the weekend and still wasn’t doing good. I don’t know the receptionist name but she was so kind and compassionate on the phone and got me in within the hour. The Dr and nurse Stephanie were soooo amazing and Dr went and listened to me tell him what was going on. He immediately had a game plan and she was medicated and I was sent home with medication as well. We are now making this our new vet. Each and every person we came in contact with was just wonderful. They understood the situation and we were treated with such compassion and kindness. I highly recommend them.“

“Once my dog Rosie condition was explained. The doctor had me immediately bring and diagnosed her condition. Forward all information to an emergency medical professional. She had immediate medical attention. Her doctor at Patchogue animal hospital called after the surgery and when I was not able to be contacted. They called my family member to confirm her condition and care. They saved my Rosie girl. Do I need to say anything else!“
