The best cut you can get! I saw Sammy a few days ago because I had a wedding in the area and he has cut my hair for years. I have barbers who are great where I live now in NC, but I held out for Sammy. The amount of compliments at the wedding and then when I returned back to NC was wild!! He’s no joke and the best dude! I needed to move my parents from one assisted living facility to another in a very short time period. From the moment I spoke with June on the phone I knew I was in good hands. She genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help out in any way possible. June set up everything, followed up, and ensured things went smoothly from start to finish.
I have to commend Bob. He came by before the move to check out the best and most efficient way to move out as the facility which is currently under construction. This blew me away because Bob did this on his own time, but it shows the care they put into each move. He wanted to make sure his team could provide the best service and even worked with the contractor to make it happen.
On Move Day the team showed up at 9:45 sharp as requested. They made quick progress with everything being moved out was professionally padded and wrapped. I knew I was in good hands with Bob, Pete, Angel, and Robert. Shout out to Pete for really making things work like putting a dresser into a closet.
The second part of the move was to bring things to the house that did not fit. Again this was done well and with kindness. The care, compassion, and personalization is unbeatable that you receive with Small Moves Long Island. This is the second time I have used them and they will be the only company I use for moves on LI. I am grateful to have found them and thank them from the bottom of my heart for making a tough situation a little easier.

After 6 years it's time for an update, I love Dr. Balbour, she is amazing, but the office leaves a little to be desired. They still make you wait outside like it's 2020 and don't examine the animal in front of you. You get to the office on time but they make you wait outside for 26 minutes (literally) only to come inside and wait for twenty minutes more, only for them to come and take your pet away from you. I dunno, I'm quickly becoming not a fan. I swear I've seen people arrive after me and go inside before me. Maybe I'm expecting too much, or maybe I should just arrive 20 minutes later in the future
Kelly Brothers never disappoints. Used their services 20+years ago to transform my front yard. Still looks great. Recently had Bill's crew work their magic in my backyard. Beautiful paver patio, landscape makeover, and lighting. Absolutely amazing. All done in a matter of weeks and on budget. Bill's vision is truly a gift that he willingly shares with his clients. My favorite place to go to get a haircut martin and his team are phenomenal and take the time to cut hair. Never had a bad experience. They always do a good job with my hair and beard, they line up the beard properly. This will be my barbershop going forward and I won’t switch. They do charge $30 for haircut and beard but it’s worth it.
I love Sunny! She did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. This salon is beautiful and clean. I will definitely be coming back.

Where do I start I met John the owner of Destintive decks for an estimate. This man was honest and fair I knew he was fair and honest right from the start. So I hired him wow, what a job he did amazing! Made my backyard look like a resort. He gave me advice and I said “you know best” and he sure did! This was such a heart felt experience! I came on a Thursday and my appointment was not in the system, so a lovely young lady took her time to reschedule my appointment. Then we came to find out that the Dr ordered the incorrect test. That same lady confirmed the correct test and got the authorization for me!
When I arrived for my test. From the time you walk in the young ladies at the counter are so warm and friendly. When the tech called me in, I was crying and nervous but he was the sweetest most kind hearted person in the world, I think his name was Bob. I was so scared and terrified. I'm so claustrophobic and loud noises scare me. But this kind amazing person made me feel comfortable and he kept checking on me and he told me I'm doing well. I actually felt so safe. He helped me get on and off of the machine. I am always afraid when it comes to those things. Such a wonderful experience!
And the nurse that inserted my iv, she was such a sweetheart. I have a fear of needles and she distracted me by saying the kindest things I didn't even realize she stuck the needle inside me. I felt silly that I was a little scared and crying but the tech and the nurse was so comforting. I kept my eyes closed as the tech suggested and I was ok. 20 mins I was out of there!
Was there a year ago they did an amazing job on my boyfriends twist and then he surprised me with my hair getting braids. Never had them before and I loved them. Going back home next week see you ladies soon.Services: Braids
