I called them in a panic because I could not get my kitten in her carrier and they were gracious enough to give me a longer window to bring her in for her spay. The doctors, front desk and staff are so so nice and I was able to pick her up the same day as her surgery. They gave me clear post-op instructions and pain meds and she’s already healing great!
