Dr. Luke was compassionate and wonderful during the hard decision of euthanizing my beloved cat, Munchkin. He helped us on the weekend and was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend this establishment. Thank you for everything.

They were awesome looking for a emergency vet,found them they were great with our Gracie took very good care and was gentle with her great people work there I'd stay if they weren't a hour away.staff was great to talk to they didn't rush you out they talked and explain well I would recommend to anyone

To all my animal/pet owners that are in the area of Cooperstown NYIf your looking for a vet or looking for a second opinion or a new vet I HIGHLY suggest the amazing crew at Heritage Veterinary Clinic!!!A few months ago we decided to take our dog Ellie there for a second opinion as our dog was constantly getting violently ill every 2-4 weeks. We would constantly take her into a previous place with no answers and just constantly on n off medications with symptoms getting worse.
