“So yesterday, December 18th, I had dropped off 2 pairs of ugg shoes to be sent out for cleaning and I ended up needing one pair back. I called them and told them that I would need to pick up the pair the next day(today the 19th) and the lady i spoke with, I believe Helen was SO KIND and said no problem. There ended up being a miscommunication with the driver that picks up the uggs and he ended up taking both pairs. So I went to pick them up and they weren't there! I was so scared and upset but let me tell you this !!! And I have never ever ever had such A GREAT OUTCOME LIKE THIS! One of the workers I spoke to ( after giving him an attitude that I am so embarrassed about) WAITED AT THE STORE AFTER CLOSING TO WAIT FOR THE DRIVER TO BRING THE UGGS AND BROUGHT THEM TO MY HOUSE !! When I tell you I was holding back tears!! I have never had anyone ever go above and beyond like this for me. Thank you all so much. You truly are beautiful amazing people.“

“Bought a new suit. Later in the day (Saturday) I realized the jacket needed the buttons sewn in. Went to Rosa’s for the first time around 4:00 that day. Mentioned I had a wedding to attend Sunday. Without hesitation she accommodated me and kindly took care of the job and had jacket ready by 5:45.

“I had previously purchased a dress online but measured my bust wrong. When the dress arrived it was too small on top and would not close at all. I contacted the company and to my dismay, they told me the dress is discontinued and that I could not order the next size up. I was distraught as I LOVED this dress. My fiancé recommended we go to his cleaners to see if Nadia can work her magic. And let me tell you, magic she did! I knew this was going to be a daunting task. The dress needed fabric added to the side panels in order to for it to close. It also needed to be hemmed and the off the shoulder sleeves needed to be shortened. Nadia had us come for multiple fittings to make sure everything was working/ fitting the way we needed it to. She was extremely professional, kind and hard working. She got the dress done in time for my 30th birthday photoshoot (she was extremely busy at the time and was able to fit us in which I was very grateful for). The dress came out absolutely PERFECT. She was able to make the dress fit and was even able to give the dress a little train! I will forever recommend Nadia and all the staff (we also had the dress dry cleaned) at American Dry Cleaners.
