I recently visited Dr. Lisa Vitale for an acupuncture session to address a persistent pain and pinched nerve in my neck, that has been bothering me for a couple of months.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease in her calm, serene, and very professional space. Dr. Vitale took the time to really listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions about my symptoms and overall health, and then right there on the spot, created a personalized treatment plan just for me.

The acupuncture session itself was fantastic—she's incredibly skilled and gentle. I could feel the difference almost immediately, and by the end of the treatment, my neck pain had significantly eased. Lisa, the hair dresser I met at this salon, was so wonderful! She did my hair and I loved it! We were chatting and I ended leaving the salon looking and feeling great! The salon was busy but spacious, so everyone had room. They were on time with their schedule, professional, and had convenient parking (important for those from NYC) - all just minutes away from West Point. They had reasonable fees and my hair lasted for 3 days even through the drizzle and air moisture!
