“I have been going to Casey for the past 3 months. I started with the Mobility Assessment to establish a base line, recognize problem areas, and formulate a path forward. I've had rotator cuff surgery, a triple bypass and chronic lower back stiffness. I go weekly for targeted massage and stretching. By working my core and addressing these problem areas, I've been steadily improving my range of motion and mobility. I regularly went to the gym but did not recognize the importance of stretching, often neglected by many I think. Casey is caring, very knowledgeable and has an excellent work ethic. The experience has been life changing for me and I highly recommend him.“
