i visited the studio for a reformer pilates class while in town for a long weekend and had a great experience! melia was welcoming and knowledgeable. the class was small, which allowed for more 1:1 attention. the space itself is also beautiful and combines a fitness studio, a cafe, and boutique

Our group had an amazing experience doing a yoga class at Ascend! Melia was so friendly and helpful and our instructor, Dani, was incredibly welcoming and skilled in accommodating different abilities and needs. The building and studio were beautiful as well, but the people truly made it special. Can’t wait to return!

This is so much more than just a yoga and pilates studio (thought the yoga and pilates classes on offer are amazing!)- - there is a talented acupuncturist and massage therapist on staff, and there are always different and interesting workshops to choose from. I also really love that this is a true community space with classes for children, teens, adults, and seniors. Plus the building is absolutely gorgeous! Love my home away from home!

Ascend Collective’s First Floor Maker’s Marketplace offers you a curated shopping experience of goods from an ALL Female (and mostly local) pantheon of women-owned businesses, crafters, makers, authors, artisans, herbalists and real-life GODDESSES.
