NEPS was fast and responsive! I called and they tried to help me over the phone prior to coming over. Unfortunately it the tests they had me do did not yield a resolve. The technician was here within an hour or so, and found a few issues, fixed them promptly. The heat is back on, and I am thankful!
I had a problem with my furnace and called Neps and they sent me a tech within a couple of hours. The Tech they sent me was called Rob and he was incredible and fixed my furnace and walked me thru the steps. Highly recommended.
If asked if I would recommend Swagbucks to friends and family. I would beg you to take the time out to how great Swagbucks is. When I found out about Swagbucks I found something that I love and really helped me out when times got hard.
