Update: I got a new furnace installed today 1/1/25 for $4,000 by a different company. I am still in shock that NEPS gave me an estimate of $12,000 for the same job. Unbelievable. SMH.

NEPS was fast and responsive! I called and they tried to help me over the phone prior to coming over. Unfortunately it the tests they had me do did not yield a resolve. The technician was here within an hour or so, and found a few issues, fixed them promptly. The heat is back on, and I am thankful!
