I get my nails done fairly inconsistently, and have been here between 5-10 times. It’s a very clean and modern looking salon with good hygiene practices. Each time I’ve been here they use tools taken right from a sterilization pouch, which is important to me. They also use what appears to be fairly new and modern tools/equipment all while keeping their prices competitive. A lot of salons will charge similar prices yet have old UV lamps that look like they haven’t been switched out in years.The service is always pleasant which I appreciate. I’ve never had a bad experience here. James was my nail tech today and he was fantastic.

I went here several weeks ago for an ANC. They were a bit rough with the filing but otherwise it was fine.I went back yesterday to get the ANC taken off; I asked then to use the light buffer... They used the medium grade one and took off the top layers of my nails. It was painful and now I have nearly exposed portions of my nailbeds.They did a nice job on my pedicure though. I would recommend asking for the woman who worked there if you go.

Best nail salon in the 518! I keep coming back and can’t go anywhere else. First, the staff are very friendly and kind, but if you’re not up for talking they are good with that too. They always make sure I like the color before proceeding and ask me at the end to make sure too. They are attentive to details and take their time with making sure my nails look perfect every single time. My ANC also usually lasts 4-5 weeks (unless I bump into something and crack it myself). You can tell that this is a family business and I am so happy to support them. I love going to Polished and look forward to my visits!Service: Manicure
