First time here, weekday walk-in mani/pedi with regular polish. Staff was friendly and welcoming, it was quiet with 1 other customer. Clean establishment using proper safety techniques. Overall experience/nail outcome 7/10

The manicure was first and took about 25 minutes, hand massage for a minute or two. The gentleman made sure the shape and cut was to my liking. The polish ended up looking not so great though, a bit streaky and visible second coat, chipping after 3 days where I mentioned a towel fiber being stuck. Oddly enough I feel my cuticles are worse in some areas after.

I decided last minute after work to get a pedicure. I normally go to a salon in Latham. However, the salon in Latham was set to close at 7 pm, and it was 6:30. A quick Google search showed Nail Lab to be open until 8 with amazing reviews. As such, I decided to stop in, and I am SO glad I did. The staff were warm, welcoming, and I received the BEST pedicure I have ever had. I will absolutely be back. An amazing experience from start to finish...
They do a great job and don’t rush through like other places I have been to. Jason & David are especially good.
