On my way to work on a Sunday, the sidearm of my glasses broke off. My attempts at repair were not sufficient and I was in trouble. Not being sure if the vision center of the closest Walmart was even open I called. They were open and I explained by situation. The woman who took my call checked with the store where I had actually purchased the glasses, confirmed stock status and pricing. When I arrived 10 minutes later she had everything ready for the switch and I was back at work, able to see clearly in about 25 minutes. Great service all around.

I've used Affordable carpet and blinds twice for flooring when I've had flooding in my basement, both times they were nothing but 5 star service and quality. I've added on extra rooms and even my contractor brother in law recommends them to his local clients for flooring because their prices and quality are unbeatable. I just had a massive flood when a toilet overflowed and ran all night and the only thing I dont have to stress about in this nightmare is who I'm going to call to replace my floors ? I'm very picky and particular too and if I can be satisfied then anyone can.
We use this company for copiers and repairs. I have to say I really like that the same person comes every time. They know the people using the machines and the history of issues we’ve had in the past. It makes repairs and communication easier and faster, also it’s nice to get to know the same person. From a security standpoint it’s safer to recognize the same face each time they come into the building. They respond promptly and are great to work with. Everyone at work is excited to see Mike who saves the day and fixes the copier we keep breaking.

Tim/Tyler and crew just wrapped up several projects at our home including a paver patio with fire pit and seating wall, rebuilt an old crumbling retaining wall along the side of our house and redid our front landscaping! We couldn’t be more impressed with their timeliness, craftsmanship, communication and attention to detail from start to finish! We cannot wait to enjoy this patio and have some fires with family and friends this summer and for years to come!!

this place is absolutely amazing my first time going to a barber and I can tell you I was super nervous. caddy was the man that cut my hair and he did an absolute fantastic job he KILLED IT!! He has amazing vibes and is super nice. His workers are absolutely incredible themselves they all had great vibes and chatted it up the entire time. was by far the best experience ever. I super HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING their prices are perfect and affordable. don’t know what else to say but get your hair cuts here I promise you will not regret any of it. I always get my nails done from Lee. My pedicures are also always fabulous. Lee is so kind and truly does the nails you want and ask for. She’s my favorite and I can’t go anywhere else. I tell everyone if they want nails they love and good pricing to always go to Lee. Today she just did a new request from me which was starfish. I like short simple acrylics- She absolutely killed it and I love her and the salon so much.

I’ve been coming to Ruby Nails for a few months now and Gina has repeatedly been fantastic every time I’ve had my nails done! I show her pictures of my design ideas and she nails it (lol) every. single. time. I even brought my to the extreme and very critical mother who always complains (both during and after the fact) with me once and even she was impressed with the services at Ruby. I make appointments via their website and she’s consistently always been ready to go. They have a large selection of gel polish to choose from, the salon is very clean, and they provide an extremely professional atmosphere overall!

Had a prenatal massage today with Danielle and omg, completely changed my whole perspective on massages. Totally relaxed and pleasant conversation (I was a little nervous so I'm glad she was relatable). I went to John Paul's studio on Route 11 North in Cicero. My hairstylist is Rachael Stellmack. In my opinion, she is the best color stylist around. She's amazing at what she does. She treats her clients with respect & is warm and caring. I cannot recommend highly enough!
EDIT!!! I’m only giving 4 stars because of my last experience. But if I had to only rate this experience with Brandy it would be one million. The owner of the salon and Brandy both reached out to me. They’re both so kind and genuine. Brandy and I talked forever about what we were going to do and she constantly checked in on me, making sure this is exactly how I wanted my hair. I will 100% be going back for all of my hair care needs.
First time customer : I’ve heard amazing things about this salon, my experience was anything but amazing. After waiting 1 hour before being acknowledged (I know I should’ve just left) Sandra finally asked if I was waiting to see someone else. I said no I’m here to see you. (She had a client prior that took longer than expected but she could’ve given me a heads up)She told me she couldn’t do the colors I wanted because ‘it wouldn’t work’ which is fine, we went another route. My first time doing a “fun” color in a long time…my hair came out a disaster. I should’ve said something at the time but I didn’t realize until I got home just how awful it was…she said I had a 1 week window to come back to get it touched up but after spending 6 hours and $200 there I can’t imagine going back. I mean, when someone hurts you typically you don’t run back for more. She was a sweet woman but if she didn’t feel like she was able to color my hair she should’ve been upfront with me. She said she’d text me a receipt which I still haven’t gotten. I also wanted to get mine and my fiancés eyebrows done but I guess that wasn’t in the cards. I hate leaving a bad review but I’m just so torn, while doing my hair she was telling me about a bad review she got a few weeks prior. Maybe she’s having a run of bad luck, I’m not sure. I genuinely don’t think my hair was worth the money spent and wish I never went to begin with. You live and you learn.

Earlier today, Blackburn Landscaping came and dethatched our lawn. All I can say is that Axel was very meticulous and did a great job on our lawn. We had a great experience having Jim’s crew working on our property. We were sold pretty quickly with his company by meeting and talking with his workers. They were relatable and didn’t try to push us in any other direction. They worked with our existing firepit and made it light years better. Even still they have come out to answer questions we have. We have even had them over for additional projects. Their customer service is top notch, no having to dread an automated answering service or the international calling centers. They have a real person who is there to answer questions and take information. She is wonderful and definitely super fun to talk to and gives you what you need. All in all great company I’d recommend this company hands down. But not to my worst enemy they can go to the other guys. This gem is mine.

Dr Moran is so kind and very knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and went over everything after pre testing of what she found and what she’s going to do to make me feel better. She truly cares about her patients. She is the absolute best. I’m so glad I found her.
My daughter and I both see Dr Byrne and he’s extremely nice and has relieved a lot of your pain. I was seeing him do to an injury and migraines. He took the time to explain everything to us and treated us very well.
We take our Big Fuzz to see Dr. Mollie Spillett for routine acupuncture services even though South Shore is about 40 minutes away from us. We've known Dr. Mollie for some time and she has always been a concerned and interested provider who genuinely wants to resolve (or stabilize) the presenting issues - no matter how complex the issues are.
Everyone we deal with at South Shore is pleasant and professional, waiting area and exam rooms are very clean, and appointment scheduling is flexible.

Amanda is amazingly talented. When I was initially reading reviews before I decided to book a massage with Amanda months ago, I was like hmm, I wonder if some of these are friends because they seemed a little too good to be true. Well, fast forward and I can now honestly and confidently say they are 100% true!! I get massages more out of medical necessity than for relaxation (although I’m sure Amanda is great at both) and Amanda is always able to pinpoint exactly where my pain is coming from even when I didn’t even know a muscle was tight and contributing to pain/tension. By far the best massage person I have ever seen and Amanda is so kind and always makes you feel right at home. Could not recommend more
