BIG CITY BARBERSHOP IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! My husband, father-in-law, and two boys have been going to Big City Barbershop for years now, and we'll never go anywhere else! They are the real deal. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, the atmosphere, and the phenomenal haircuts. From the moment you walk through the door you're always kindly greeted, they're fast, yet meticulous, and it's just an overall great experience from start to finish! And they remember you! Just moved to Syracuse area and needed a barber, went with Big City since it’s close to work. Cooper listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond with his skills. Highly recommend if needing a cut.

I LOVE this place!!! I took my son to a different barbershop and they completely chopped his hair. It was extremely uneven and not blended at all. We came here and Mike (caddy) was more than happy to help. He asked my son want he wanted and let my son walk him through the cut while using his own expertise of course. He refused to charge us, but I insisted on a tip. My son has never been happier and has found his life long barber! I HIGHLY recommend big city barbershop in Cicero!!!
