Some of the worst customer service. You can't get a hold of anyone to make an appointment and you cannot make an appointment online. My husband and I have been trying for over a week and have gotten nowhere..at this point anywhere else is better than Walmart

I believe the optometrist that took care if me was named Katie? She was a petite lady with blonde hair. She helped me with purchasing an eyeglass repair kit on a Thursday. Two days later I had to bring the glasses back in because I was having difficulty doing the repair myself (which was just threading a new screw into the frame near the arm). Mind you, they were not originally purchased at Wal-Mart. Nonetheless, she used her own supplies to remove the screw I tried to put in, replaced it with one of their own, which was indeed stronger than what I may have been able to accomplish. And she noticed I was without a hard case, so she gave me one for my daughter's glasses.... read full review
