The Dentist and assistants were very professional and did a great job at the Cheektowaga location, which was my first appointment since last year before Concierge Dental bought out Walden Square Dental. Took awhile to get a tooth pulled but all in all it went well.

Office was very clean and love the sofa chairs in the waiting area. And once called surprised and loved to see that the rooms are semi private and again clean and airy. Staff was very nice and professional and the dentist doctor was very nice although did go through everything really fast. I am a very private person in general but especially with my health, so I think the openess of the office other patients can hear so that would be my only downfall. Impressed with the new technology with xrays. Overall, would like to continue to have them as my dental office.

I was at welding Dental before it switched over and combined with another company. I absolutely love the fact that it’s all females, and that Everyone knows what they’re talking about. They made me feel extremely comfortable, considering I was getting every single tooth ripped out of my mouth. Other than the Pain that I am in right now it truly was a very calm, relaxing environment. I will never switch my dentist that’s for sure! Everyone there truly cares about their patience.
