A few weeks ago, I came in to get my acrylics soaked off. I’m still thinking about the terrible experience I had there, weeks later. She soaked for a little, and then drilled, and they still needed soaking. What does she do instead? Takes a fake acrylic nail, slides it underneath my fake nail, and rips pieces of it off. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, she kept doing it, even after telling her that it hurt, and literally jumping out of my chair at times due to the pain. I desperately needed them off, so I stayed, but I will NEVER be back.

Its worst experience! Firstly no proper customer response and they make u wait so long and my nails are not even properly shaped or attached and neither the color choosen was accurate that they painted and they denied to change it . I choose one color and they did another

Soon as I walked in I was sat, no wait. First, I wanted a pedicure, so I sat and told her I wanted the $45 deluxe pedi for me and my boyfriend, that included a massage, exfoliation, the hot towel, the mask, and a color. , then she Told me to pick a color halfway through so I picked a color not knowing it was gel, she didn’t inform me. She didn’t massage my feet, and didn’t even exfoliate my legs because I had jeans on, we finished and the polish was nice, very well painted. I get up to the desk to pay and they told me $115 FOR TWO PEDICURES. I asked her why and she stated it was 65 for me and 55 for my boyfriend. He only got a clear coat and no massage either ....read full review
