Terrible management. I don't doubt they have a few good counselors. Also they say you can be real and say what you need in a safe space but they don't believe in freedom of speech and will eventually tell you what words your not allowed to say. As well as your not allowed to show frustration. Oh and scheduling lmfao get ready for their multiple excuses and blunders. If you really need help don't waste your time with them unless u get to work with a dog.

You have to see COUNSELING before you can see a psychiatrist for medication!! How backwards is this place?? Also, every time I’ve had a telehealth I have to call THEM in order to actually be seen.

Good place to get your counseling done if it’s for a dwi thing horrible place, been in it 2 years and still don’t have my license due to them not sending a piece of paper over to Albany. Just ruins job opportunity’s and everything when it’s just waisted time and family matters are affected they do not care I feel it’s all for the money from your insurance. Even though I would love to continue to go here for my mental health after it.
