Never anyone available, always an issue… waiting to take a pee Tox should not take almost 2 hrs everytime with no reasoning. Left multiple times due to taking to long and having to work

I am a very easy going person and I don’t get angered easily but this is unacceptable. The staff is nice and all… the psychiatrists are knowledgeable and it’s a decent place but I have called them 3 times last week to refill my medication…..Wednesday, Thursday, Friday….The receptionists said they would pass it on to my psychiatrist each time I called them. There was an additional time where I called and left them a message and they didn’t get back to me until a day later when I missed their call and left me a message. It’s now Saturday of next week and I even had my counselor that works at a different location to send them a message Tuesday and NOTHING....read full review

I want to say i like it but its lacking heavy. best thing is iv'e recived is treatment for my adhd. Other than that services are lacking its basically do it yourself mentallity when people are already in deep or dealing with dismissal coming here and being dismissed more isnt helpful its insulating. Telling the counselor to address me by proper pronouns in my appointment but then using the pronouns that would make the other person comfortable enabling when im the client. Yet im supposed to just keep looking for a job and go socialize more.
