Spectrum is a very good option for those needing help in WNY. When you call however, it depends who you get. I spoke with them 3x this weekend. The first two were amazing and sounded as if they truly CARED. I was to call back with results. When I did, the person on the other line, didn’t seem to give a hoot. So feel free and positive about using Spectrum, but be mindful who’s answering the phone. The one tonight actually made me feel worse; much worse.
