Great service! Called for emergency service on AC, they sent over a tech and up and running all within an hour. Great price too. I also had them preseason check my furnace last year before the winter and all checked out great. The furnace ran all winter long without any issues. They never tried to sell me anything. They just keep the ole HVAC running and always comment how well they run for as old as they are. I don’t like pressure sales people and I always try to support local businesses. Fantastic experience; multiple times. Had them install our new addition duct work as well as new A/C. Anytime service is needed they are readily available especially when our furnace had issues in the middle of winter. Highly recommend all around !!!

We Had Horbett install an air conditioning system in our home in Lancaster NY. We were very happy with the service. We had them service us before for heating as well and they like before we’re professional about everything from the first phone call to the finish . I would recommend them.
