Called for an assessment & Ray came out only a day or two later! He was upfront and honest and advised us of how to fix the issue ourselves (carpet pad had gotten damp with previous owners), and made sure all of my concerns and questions were handled. Ray refused to accept payment or a tip, he just really wanted to make sure we got an honest assessment and advice. We will be using & recommending Green Genie from now on! Great company with great people :)
I bought a house last year that had the basement flooded for several months. The was a large amount of mold all over the bottom of the floor and floor joists. They came out and I was shocked to see that the wood looked like it had just been nailed down. There were no stains left! I was very happy. On a different note I had an issue with a different company John Pusateri was associated and I have to say he stepped up and resolved the issue with integrity and class.
