Worst customer service care. The nurses never answer the phone. Its extremely difficult to try and book an appointment. The staff is disjointed. Dr. Kavcic is very good Dr. I’m thinking to change my Dr it’s because of his stafs . Dr Kavcic must talk to his stafs. The worst service I’ve seen in my life . I feel sorry to Lose my DR.
Dr Kavcik was my primary care doctor for nearly 20 years (since I was 18 years old), and remains the best doctor I’ve ever known. I switched to a closer provider after I moved, and have since gotten a taste of what big(ger) practice doctors are like (you know, the ones that charge for an office visit just to give you test/lab/imaging results over the phone and squeeze every dollar out of patients as possible), and it made me realize just how rare doctors like Dr. K actually are. So glad I switched to Dr. Kavcic. I had some issues to address and he was extremely thorough explaining my options and breaking down his diagnosis. I left better understanding not only what may be causing my ailments but also why. This is something my last doctor had an issue diagnosing and he spent the time and asked the right questions to target my issue. He is very friendly and patient. He spent adequate time with me and provided excellent medical care.
