Had cataract surgery 1 year ago on both eyes .... wish I had done it sooner. Dr.Cochrane was very informative and answered all my questions. Took me right on time; office staff very friendly.

I have Keratoconus, have for 10 plus years and knew I wasn't necessarily a candidate for Lasik. I decided to attend a sight night back in March and ask about other options. Dr. Atwal addressed my concerns and set me up with Dr. Gibbons to map my cornea. After confirmation that I did have Keratoconus, I was sent to see Dr. Joseph about maybe getting the Scleral contact lenses. I can't thank her enough for talking me off the ledge and encouraging me for a solid 30 minutes as I attempted to insert the try-on lenses. East Amherst Location- I'm new to wearing glasses and after my second visit with them today I can happily say I won't be coming back. I received glasses last year and at that appointment I had asked them to explain the procedures they were doing since this was all new to me and got met with "well, this is just what we do" instead of actual answers. Today was my one year follow up. Not one person I spoke to today was pleasant aside from the actual doctor. I'm so baffled at the amount of attitude and rudeness from the staff. Every question was met with annoyance by the staff and when I asked for clarification on scripts, pricing, etc I received... read full review
