The manager is amazing, I called Hudson to see if they could mount and balance one tire and it was a 2.5 hour wait… no thanks, called Chatham and they took me in immediately and was done in 15 minutes. I appreciate the efforts they make to make the customer experience the best it can be, thank you Carter <3

I love this place they are probably the best Mavis in the capital Region and beyond. The guys that work there are knowledgeable and I know I am in good hands when I pull up. I drive about 55,000 to 60,000 miles a year for work and these guys keep my car in great working order, and the value of that is hands down unbeatable. If you live in Chatham or nearby or even in Albany it's worth the drive down.

Amazing techs and an amazing manager Andrew who had helped me with an issue with a light that kept coming on my dash they figured out the problem and didn’t charge just to check the engine light to read the code.
